Annual event provided by the Sheridan Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, giving residents an opportunity to purchase a light to be put on the hospital’s Christmas Trees of Love in memory or honor of a loved one. During the open house, the trees will be lit and refreshments will be served. Taesub Kim, nursing student at Sheridan College, will be playing the piano. The lights are $5 each – white lights to memorialize a deceased love one, green lights to honor a relative or friend, and red lights to honor a child or a pet. With the $5 donation, the Auxiliary sends a card to the honoree or the family informing them of the dedication.
